Ellis has painted since he was 10 years old.  He paints because he can't keep his hands off the brushes and paint.

He paints large paintings that he intends as a kind of atmosphere or presence in places where people spend a lot of time.  The paintings facinate the viewer, so that they want to come back time and time again to look, feel and be enchanted.  The paintings are about paint and gesture, rhythm and color, nature and feeling.

He loves water and sky amongst other things.

I would love to bring a number of my paintings to you in your home (or Office).  Together we can try different paintings in different places.

I come armed with a drill and a ladder, so if there is a painting that takes your fancy, I will hang it for you and allow you to try it out before you decide to buy.  If there is nothing you like -  no strings attached.  Please see my contact page.  I would love to hear from you!
